Looking someone up

Everyone in your theater has a page with their roles and shows. Some people can also see their email, phone and sizes.

Open someone's page

From a show: open it, go to the Team tab, and click the person’s name. For a child, click the name after Guardian.
Or, if you can open People in the menu, click their name in the member list.

What each tab shows

General: email and phone (see below), when they joined, their roles in the theater, and any child they’re the guardian of.

Projects: the shows they’re on, and their part in each.

Sizing: their measurements and sizes, for costumes. See Your sizing.

Who sees email, phone and sizing

Your theater’s owners, admins and staff, for everyone. Anyone with Can edit on a show, for the people on that show. Everyone else sees only the name, roles and shows.

On a show’s Team tab, Export roster → downloads the whole team’s contact list. See Building your team.
