Results and callbacks
Review the panel's scores, choose who to call back, and pick the parts each person reads for.
Review the results
- Open the audition’s Results tab once the panel has started scoring.
- Everyone is sorted by their combined score. It’s a starting point for discussion, not a verdict.
- Click Details to see red flags, comments, vocal parts and role notes.
Call people back
- Click Call back next to each person. It changes to Called back.
- Under Callback roles, click + Add role next to each person to choose the cast parts they’ll read for.
- Switch between Group by role and Group by auditionee to check you’ve covered every part.
Before you start
Callback roles come from the show’s Roles list, so set that up first.
Then open the callback round on the Panel tab: see Setting up the panel. Only people you called back are in it.
