Losing access, or leaving
What it means when Ghostlight won't show you your theater, and how to leave one or close your account.
You land on your Account page
You’re signed in, but not a member of any theater yet. See Joining your theater. If you were invited, check that you signed in with the email address the invitation went to.
Access suspended
Your theater has paused your access. Nothing of yours is deleted, and they can let you back in at any time. Contact the theater’s owners or admins directly.
Your theater is closing
An owner has scheduled the theater for deletion. The notice gives the date it will be removed for good. Until then nobody can see its shows, calendar or messages, but an owner can still undo it by clicking Restore on that notice.
Leaving a theater
There’s no leave button. Ask one of your theater’s owners, admins or staff to remove you. You keep your Ghostlight account, and can be invited back later.
Deleting your account
Write to privacy@ghostlighthq.com from the address you sign in with, and say what you’d like deleted.
