Joining your theater

You can be invited by your theater, or find it and ask to join.

If you were invited

Open the email called You’re invited to your theater’s name.
Click Sign in to Ghostlight. Some invitations sign you straight in. Others open the sign-in page: sign in with the same email address the invitation went to.
Once you’re signed in, you’re a member.

If you weren't invited

Go to ghostlighthq.com and click Find your theater.
Click your theater’s name.
Click Join organization or Request to join, whichever your theater shows.
If you weren’t signed in, that button takes you to sign in first, then brings you back to your theater’s page. Click it again there.

What the theater page tells you

You joined this organization. You’re in. Your theater lets anyone join on their own.

Request pending. Your theater approves new members by hand. When someone approves you, you get an email and a notification. You can also check back: once you see Go to dashboard you’re in.

Membership suspended. Your theater has paused your access. Contact them directly.

Invited at a different email address?

Sign in with any address, then add the invited one on your Account page. Ghostlight connects the invitation once you confirm it.
