Your show's page

Everything about a show you're in: the schedule, the team, the parts, and the show's chat.

Find your show

Click Projects in the menu. You’ll see the shows you’re on. A show that has finished is hidden: tick Show archived projects to see it.
Click your show.

What's on each tab

Overview: the Latest announcement, what’s Next up, and who’s on the team.
Schedule: every rehearsal and performance. Switch between Upcoming and Past.
Team: everyone on the show and their part. Click Message next to someone to write to them.
Roles: every character and crew position, and who holds each.
Expenses: receipts logged for the show. See Logging an expense.

Talk to the cast and crew

Click Chat at the top of the show’s page to talk to everyone on the show.
On crew? Crew Chat is just for the crew.
Photos, beside them, opens the show’s photo gallery. See Show photos.

Your schedule, in your own calendar

On the Schedule tab, Download schedule (.ics) saves a copy of the upcoming events. A copy doesn’t change when the schedule does. To stay up to date, subscribe instead: see Your calendar.

When you’re called for a rehearsal, it’s marked Called · Mandatory or Called · Optional in your calendar’s list, and you get a notification.
