Show photos

Share rehearsal and backstage photos with everyone on your show.

Add photos

Open your show and click Photos at the top.
Click Take photo to use your camera, or Choose photos to pick several at once.

Look at and save photos

Click a photo to open it. Use the arrows to move between them.
Click Download to save the one you’re looking at, or Download all on the gallery to save every photo at once.

Removing a photo is permanent. Open one you posted, click Remove, then Remove photo. Anyone with Can edit on the show can remove any photo.

Who sees them, and for how long

Everyone on the show, and your theater’s owners, admins, staff and board, can see the photos.

You can add photos until about two weeks after the show closes. Once the show is archived, the gallery shows the last day: You can add photos until that date. After that the photos stay, but no new ones can be added.
