Grading auditions
For panelists: score each auditioner, then compare notes with the rest of the panel.
Open grading
- On your home page, find Grading is open and click Grade →. Or click the notification you got when you were added to the panel.
- Also running the audition? Its Panel tab has Go to grading → too. To grade, add yourself to the panel first.
- See Grading has not opened yet? Whoever set up the audition hasn’t set the round’s criteria yet. Check back shortly.
Score someone
- Give each criterion a score from 1 to 5. A 3 means Competent: a solid community-theater standard, not a poor mark. Save 5 for the standouts.
- Add a Vocal part if it applies, a Gold star for a standout, or a Red flag with the reason.
- Add a Comment. The whole panel reads comments.
- Click Submit once every criterion is scored, or Save draft to finish later.
- Next → and ← Previous move between auditioners. Jump to auditionee goes straight to someone. If they didn’t come, Mark no-show.
Changing your mind
Click Edit scores on a submitted card. You can change scores until the round is closed.
Seeing the panel's scores
Panel results shows everyone’s scores, but only for auditioners you’ve already submitted. That way the panel’s opinions don’t sway yours.
