Subscribe Google Calendar to your Ghostlight schedule. It shows up on your phone, too.

Do this on a computer. The Google Calendar phone app can’t add a calendar from a link. Once you add it on a computer, it appears on your phone automatically.

Copy your calendar link

Sign in to Ghostlight and go to Account.
Open the Preferences tab and find Calendar subscription.
Click Create calendar link.
Click Copy.

Add it to Google Calendar

Go to calendar.google.com.
Next to Other calendars on the left, click +.
Click From URL.
Paste your link.
Click Add calendar.

Good to know

Google updates it on its own schedule. A change in Ghostlight can take hours to show up in Google Calendar. For anything that changed today, check Ghostlight — it is always current.

Your link is private. Anyone who has it can see your schedule, so don’t share it. If it gets out, go back to Calendar subscription, click Remove calendar link, then create a new one and add that instead.

Use Apple Calendar instead?

On an iPhone or iPad, copy the link in Ghostlight, then open the Calendar app, tap Calendars → Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar, and paste it. The exact wording varies a little between iOS versions.
