Signing up for an audition

For anyone auditioning, for yourself or your child. You don't need a Ghostlight account.

Sign up

Open the audition link from the theater, or find the audition on the theater’s page.
Under Pick a time, choose a slot.
Under Who is auditioning?, choose Myself or My child.
Fill in the name. For a child, that’s Child’s name, and you add Your name as the parent or guardian. Then fill in Your email and the theater’s questions.
Click Sign up. A confirmation email follows, with a link to manage your booking.

Keep that email

Its link is how you change your time, update your answers, or answer a casting offer. You’ll also get a reminder the day before.

Lost it? On the audition page, click Find your booking, enter Your email and click Send my link. Use the newest email: older links stop working.

Change your booking

Open the link in your confirmation email.
Change my time picks a different slot, while sign-ups are open and before your time starts.
Under Your answers and Your files, update anything and click Save.

Cancelling can’t be undone. Click Cancel my sign-up, then Yes, cancel my sign-up. To audition after all, sign up again.

Answer a casting offer

If you’re offered a part, you’ll get an email. Open its link.
Add a Note to the casting team if you like, then click Accept or Decline.
Accepted? You’ll get a welcome email. Sign in to Ghostlight with the same email address to see the show’s schedule.

Questions?

On the audition page, use Questions about this audition? and click Send your question. The theater replies by email.
