Setting up the panel

Choose who grades, who runs the door, and what each round is graded on. All of this is on the audition's Panel tab.

Add panelists and door coordinators

  1. Under Panel, find someone in Search members… and click Add to panel. Panelists grade auditions.
  2. Under Door coordinators, click Add coordinator for whoever runs check-in.
  3. Each of them gets a notification. It’s their way in, so add them before audition day.

Want to grade too?

Add yourself to the panel. Running the audition doesn’t open the grading screen on its own.

Decide what round 1 is graded on

  1. At the top of the round’s card, tick Needs check-in if you’ll check people in at the door. Panelists then only move on to people who have arrived. It saves as soon as you tick it.
  2. Under What will the panel see?, pick what auditioners do: a cold read, a prepared monologue or song, a dance call, or sides with redirection.
  3. Under Criteria the panel will grade, set the things panelists score. Fewer is better.
  4. Click Save.
The criteria lock once anyone grades. Settle them before the first auditioner walks in.

Hold callbacks

  1. After round 1, click Open callback round. There is one callback round.
  2. Set its criteria the same way. Until you do, panelists see Grading has not opened yet.
  3. Only the people you called back appear in it. See Results and callbacks.

Closing a round

When grading is finished, click Close round and confirm. Scores stay readable, but nobody can change them.

Closed it too soon? Click Reopen round on the same card, and the panel can grade again.
