Install Ghostlight on your phone so it opens like an app and can send you notifications.

Install the app

Open Chrome and go to ghostlighthq.com.
Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
Tap Install app. On some phones it says Add to Home screen instead.
Tap Install.

Don’t tap the link in the email. It opens your browser, which signs in the browser — and the installed app stays signed out. Type the code into the app instead.

Sign in from the new icon

Open Ghostlight from the new icon on your home screen or app list.
Enter your email and tap Send magic link.
Open the email from Ghostlight and find the sign-in code.
Go back to the Ghostlight app, type the code, and tap Sign in with code.

Turn on notifications

In the Ghostlight app, open your account menu and go to Account.
Open the Notifications tab. Next to Push notifications on this device, tap Turn on.
When your phone asks, tap Allow.

Signing in with Google

Signing in with Google inside the installed app may send you to your browser instead. If that happens, sign in with the email code above.
